How it works

Choosing the square

Open a logo or picture and drag the square crop to choose what goes in the icon. The crop is always square, at least a tenth of the short side, and lands on whole pixels. A browser-tab preview shows how it will look at small size.

What you get

Eight PNG sizes are made from the crop: 16, 32, 48, 64, 128, 180 (Apple touch), 192 (Android) and 512 (PWA). favicon.ico holds the 16, 32, 48 and 64 px frames, and Download all as ZIP packs everything.

Copy HTML gives the link tags for your page head, using the file names in the ZIP such as favicon-32x32.png. Put the files at the root of your site.
