Stills
Pause where you want a picture, step one frame at a time with the arrow buttons (or a second at a time with −1 s and +1 s), then press Grab frame. The frame on screen is drawn at the video's full size and saved as PNG, named after the file and the time.
Each still is marked on the filmstrip. Download them one by one, or all together as a ZIP.
Contact sheet
A contact sheet takes 2 to 48 frames spread evenly over the video, from the middle of equal slices so it avoids black first and last frames, and lays them out four to a row at 320 px wide, each stamped with its time.
