How it works
What goes in and what comes out
You give your name or brand and a few interests; you can rule out digits. An AI model (Llama 3.1 8B, run on Cloudflare Workers AI) writes five different Reddit usernames. Each draft has its own copy button, and "Write new drafts" asks again with the same brief.
The prompt describes how people write on Reddit: Witty or nerdy names are the norm; it cannot be changed later.
Reddit's rules
A Reddit username must be 3 to 20 characters: letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens; it cannot be changed later.
Every suggestion is cleaned before you see it: accents are folded to plain letters (so Vietnamese names work), spaces become the separator the rules allow, characters the platform refuses are dropped, and anything that still breaks the rules is thrown away.
