How it works
Rendering pages
Each page is drawn by pdf.js onto a canvas at the chosen resolution, then saved in the chosen format. Resolution is a scale on the page's natural size, which is 72 points to the inch, so a larger scale gives more pixels.
The panel shows the pixel size of page 1 so you can see what a setting produces before you export.
pixels = page points × scale (a 595 × 842 pt A4 page at 2× is 1190 × 1684 px)
Choosing pages and format
Leave the page field empty for every page, or write ranges such as 1-3, 7. One image downloads as a file; several download together as a ZIP named after the PDF.
PNG is lossless and best for text. JPEG and WebP are smaller; the quality slider trades size against blur around letters.
