Rang Dong Store

E-commerce store for Rang Dong specialised LED lighting, with products tailored to each industry vertical. Built a Nuxt 3 storefront with catalog, search and product detail pages, integrated with the Easy AI chatbot for sales support — contributing to roughly +8% conversion. The headless backend keeps pricing and stock current in real time.

AI-native customer engagement platform for Vietnamese e-commerce — omnichannel chatbot, livechat, customer data platform (CDP) and marketing automation across web, Zalo and social channels. Built large parts of the Laravel backend (payments, real-time messaging and AI conversation workflows) plus the embeddable Vue chat widget. Runs in production at scale, handling tens of thousands of AI-assisted conversations per day for major retail brands.
